Prashanthi is passionate about security and software development. She graduated from NIT Trichy and worked at JP Morgan Chase for 2 years as a Software Developer in India. She graduated from NC State in Dec 2019 and currently works for Threat Research at GoDaddy.
Prashanthi grabbed an internship with GoDaddy at GHC 2018. She attended GHC 2019 after a scholarship from GoDaddy with multiple interviews and offers. She is a strong supporter of women in tech and actively participates in her local communities. She is also a scholar for WiCyS 2019, 2020. As part of this talk, she will share her experience on getting your resume ready, networking at GHC and pointers on balancing both SDE profile and security. The talk also covers various fields, opportunities in security and interviewing tips for them.
